I think Krispy Kreme has the best donuts, yes over places like Murphys and Dunkin. One of the main reasons I think Krispy Kreme is the best is due to the fact that the closest one is almost an hour away. So therefore, I do not get it near as much, which makes it so much better. Don’t get me wrong I love Murphys, and I am a frequent visitor, but Krispy Kreme has this rare ability that you don’t see in many donut shops. That is their ability to stay fresh, almost 5 days after you buy them. I can buy a dozen Krispy Kreme donuts and eat one 4 days later and it is almost as good as when I got it. Whereas, Murphy’s isn’t even that good the next morning! And Dunkin is just bad. Another reason Krispy Kreme is so great is the flavors of the week, they constantly change things up and don’t have the same donuts every week. But still keep the core donuts as well. A great thing that Krispy Kreme does is for every donut the glaze it like a normal donut, and then put the extra things on. Not make a whole new one. Also, they are pretty cheap being on average around $17 per dozen. And I feel like most places are around $20. The hot and ready glazed are probably the best in the game, and give Krispy Kreme a good edge. It’s hard to pass a Krispy Kreme that has that sign lit up and not go there. That is why I believe Krispy Kreme has the best donuts.
